So, you have probably noticed I haven’t put anything up in a while.  The pace of work picked up a bit and the family arrived, so what free time I did have to work on it sort of evaporated.  Each posting takes about 3-4 hours or more total to complete and I have found that it’s not work I can easily do in 15 minute spurts – it’s kind of an all-or-nothing deal.  I have a minimum of 4 posts left to finish, but it will be after I get back to the states before I get them done.

Friday – move back to Seattle.  It’s been an amazing journey so far and will finish off with a dinner tonight and hopefully one last game of basketball tomorrow before the plane leaves early in the morning.  Perhaps on the plane, I can get the text of the posts together and connect the proper pictures…

Ask me what I’ve missed the most and I’m likely to reply soft beds and blue skies.  I’ll miss China, but am certainly looking forward to getting back home.  The kids are likely to miss the view (below) from their room…

Zài jiàn!

This is a panorama Ketti took. We got out the tripod and the remote for the camera then stitched together the individual pictures she took. This is the view from the kids room at our apartment.
